I joined the gym in October 2021 now it's July 2022 at the start my weight was 64kg as of now I am 69kg that's how I developed myself with the help of the trainers the owner of the gym Pinky mam and the trainers are fantastic everyone is friendly and specially you can get good photos too
Trainers are polite n professional. They give you attention and no need to join another gym that tells you to keep a personal trainer. There u will simply land up paying more. Here it's pretty reasonable... Comfortable atmosphere. Music is played all the time.
