Priority Matters! I just ordered the my dinner without onion & garlic... But mistakenly (Human error which can happen with anyone) the guy delivered the wrong one (with onion & garlic)... But the best part is when I reached out to them for this.... They replaced it and sent me the new one without any hassle though It was their closing time but still they did it! This extra effort Made me happy that the customers priority & satisfaction matter's to them! Thanks Team lots of appreciations...

I just asked for mix veg ND it was served to us.pathak food quality is so much bad no salt in food no taste in food .previous days food was excellent but now when pathak has been grown up high so the quality of food is ridiculous.....the street food price is rs 50 of mix veg but this hotel is good enough ND excellent sitting arrangements but quality of mix veg is rs 80 for half but the food is so much poor .pathak food pls as I m not asking my money back or asking for more Food but food condition was not up to mark .thankx .

When I asked for food. Guy in the restaurant said 10 minutes lagange. I asked after 15 minutes he said ara h. I can see there is no one in kitchen and guess what this everything he was telling me while having food in front of me. Pathetic.
