Very bad experience. Firstly, bus was very old and not maintained properly. The AC vent was wide open and cold air was gushing out. Even after raising the issue, neither the attendant not the driver was willing to rectify the same. Had a horrible journey.
We have travelled from mundra by patel tours and driver and conductor have behaved with us very rudely even they were abusing us infront of ladies passengers. So we have called to travels office for complaint but that office guy was also misbehaving with us. So my humble request to all of you please don't travel by this bus.
The air conditioning system in the bus stopped working midway through the journey. As a passenger, I had expected a comfortable and pleasant ride, especially considering the summer heat and the lengthy duration of the trip. However, approximately 2hrs after we departed, the air conditioning suddenly ceased to function. This unexpected turn of events subjected all the passengers, including myself, to an extremely uncomfortable and stifling environment for the remainder of the journey.
Very bad service and office staff is disrespectful , they will treat you badly if you have booked online ticket rather than taking from their mundra office . Very disappointed with such company
Bus having charging point but not Working. Bus time was very late from their original time. Bus having 8 hr travel but only 1 hault so it's not good
You can catch the Private Bus at the mundra near the adarsh tower also you can another private buses preferred to catch up this location
Very safe journey and good buss but very high price
The bus was timely and was able to drop on time. But the quality of the bus was not upto the expectation and it was completely dark with no proper lighting for a day bus. The seats comfort was ok and the stops for refreshments were good. Restroom is available at gandhidham office and they stop at honest restaurant. A fairly good choice for people travelling to Ahmedabad from Mundra.
Literally the best tea stall of mundra. Much appreciating generous behavior of owner. A better meeting place to be in and enjoy the delightful chatting environment with every sip of delicious tea.
