Worst experience ever. Not going to use their buses in future. Booked for the seat number 43 & 44 but forced by the staff to take the last seats. Unprofessional staff , rude behaviour. I would suggest to not to use their transport.
There's always some problem every time I have travelled with them. If it is not damaged air conditioner, they'll make you switch buses every city. Service isn't what it used to be before. Terrible experience.

Here, A Waiting Area Is Created For The Travellers Before Your Bus Journey Starts. This Area Is Nearly 5 To 6 KM Away From Ahmedabad Airport. AC And Non AC With Sleeper Category Both Type Of Buses Are Available. AC Sleeper Class Seats Are Not So Comfortable But Fine. Ofcourse You Cant Sleep Because Roads Are Not So Good, Rather You Will Have A Swing Ride. Bus Stops In Midway For Lunch Or Dinner Whatever The Timings Are. Comparatively, It Is Better Than Any Other Services And Will Take You On Time To Your Destination. Happy Travelling.!!
Worst experience ever in Patel travels. My journey from Ahmedabad to Bhuj has been proven disastrous, firstly the bus got late for 1 hour and they hadn't informed us about the same. So we've to wait for 1 hour and after the bus arrived the bus executives were so rude and mean to all the passengers. So my recommendation is never ever travel in Patel Travels. Worst service.
Tragic Incident Alert Patel Tours & Travels AC Sleeper Bus from Ahmedabad to Gandhidham (Gujarat) met with an accident early morning on 25th Jan'23 4.30am We are survivors of this incident, wanting to highlight the irresponsibility of the event. Dissecting the problem: Usually all the passenger buses must compulsorily be assisted with a driver and a companion (cleaner / conductor / backup driver) by the Tour Operator.. In our case, there was only 1 driver who was on duty back to back and was not given rest by the tour... Due to which he fell asleep while driving on the highway at very high speed and eventually bus jumbled in the small valley after multiple rotations. No one from the tour company tried to arrange for quick backup for passengers or help on the accident site. There is no standard bus Service,sometime you will find bus is OK, but sometimes you will find terrible condition of the bus. Bus no NL 01 B 2323 is in worst condition used for high amount of tickets for meanting money
