Very bad service Charges is very high , Infrastructure is good hospital is neat and clean but lab test and pharmacy charges is also high as compare to market

Pathetic staff and the management team Mohnish and others are very irresponsible.....need improvement in professionalism and attitude.

The hospital has good infrastructure. It is also well maintained and neat and clean. But i think the hospital requires competent and well trained staff. Charges should be partially less. The owner Dr. Rizwan patel is also very well behaved. The hospital has done a great work during covid 2nd wave.

Equipment is not properly Medicine is expensive, treatment is expensive, the system in Bombay Hospital is to recover money from the patient, on the same lines, there is work here too, if you want to rob yourself, then you can come to Patel Hospital, there will be no better treatment.

Recently visited health check up department of......Patel Hospital for a whole body check up. The entire process from check in to the end was seamless. The staff at the health check department was courteous, helpful and very attentive. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone looking for something similar services.
