Actually there is no management here... Af... Being a haryana government office... They talk to public with no sense... Time taken for public works is preety long... Even the power backup facility is not even available here... Light goes off rapidly and the computer systems can not work after that... Staff behaviour is very bad... Lot of ego... And after digital india compaign... It is very much better than earlier it was..
The place is Ok to get your work done. The work is slow. Clerks who sit at the front desk are mean and full of ego. They don't know how to talk and show rude behaviour. These are the only two reasons for which I feel pity for people living in the nearby areas. I guess tehsildar or SDM never ask people about feedback. Updated review - Got my work done and came to know that a few people at reception have no clue what is expected of them. As of today, the SDM is working efficiently and I have seen major changes in the area and the office that were not there previously. I hope this SDM stays for a while.
You have to pay parking fee and working speed is not satisfactory they always say server is not working. It's a government place and the you don't have other choice for getting your work done elsewhere. Be ready....for a long line or a huge wait time to got your work done
Very poor response from staff working here in this office. Their behaviour towards public is very bad. When we ask anything to them they talked like dictator. They are govt servants but they think they are not servants. Govt has invested a good amount on infrastructure for this office, but no use, employees are getting big salaries & they assumes their salaries can't be stopped whether they work or not.
Only infrastructure is new, All government services take too much time. I visited to anntoday saral center, goverment claim which provide 400 services at single point. Every person was telling the story of problems because internet wasn't working from last 15 days. I also visited 3 times to submit the fee of secure number plate of my car because internet service impacted each time. Even we didn't found any charges list hanging there. Very worst services of government and their employee. I also tried to contact helpline number, number doesn't connect. I twitted to dc gurugram and cm, no response received. I submitted enquiry on numberplate website. No response till now.
Services are not good and time bounding. Teshil staff don't do your work easily and you also have to wait for long time for a small task. If you want to go to Teshil than you waste your whole day in Teshil.
