PATANG BEACH RESORT - Resort hotel in Gokarna, Dubbansasi - Uttara Kannada, India

I went here with family. I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the room. I would leave zero stars if I could. When it comes to the restaurant here it's a very good example of very bad restaurant. Supplier stand was rude. Restaurant owner was rude and talks like a goonda. Came here with family and we were not at all comfortable with their behaviour. They drink late night and behave like idiots.Come here if you want attitude. Worst service I have ever experienced. Don't spend your money here.

I recently visited Patang Resort, and I must say that the resort atmosphere was pleasant, the rooms were comfortable, and the beds were in good condition. Moreover, the owner of the resort was friendly and accommodating. However, I was disappointed with the restaurant located within the property. The food served there was not tasty, and the quantity provided did not justify the prices. Additionally, the staff at the restaurant were rude and impolite. My experience was further soured when I witnessed them behaving poorly when they were drunk at night. Given these circumstances, I strongly advise against visiting this place.

Rooms are Clean and hygienic. Service is good. The only drawback is the location,which is away from the temple and you have to travel by Auto only but they charge at the higher side.They have a private beach nearby.

This place was not at all suitable for any individuals. Rooms are dirty, so as bedsheet, washroom was the worst part full of insects and big ants. Actually this resort has private beach due to which it has good demand otherwise there is nothing good in it. Restaurants is also very bad, and beach is also not clean full of crabs in night and in day time you can see jellyfish. Full greenery is there in resort but not maintained so there are lot of insects and mosquito. Host was the biggest disappointment, they will not coperate even in small things. They will talk very rudely if you discuss any problem. If looking for cheaper stay with group of guys, it's ohk u can take chill. For hygiene please carry seprate towel, bedsheet, insects spray, repellent, shampoo , soap etc. Nothing you expect from here as hotel service. Also there is not restaurants nearby so carry some snacks because restaurants food is not good. There is no availability of Tea and veg foods.

Worst kind of response from the host. We had booked 3 rooms for 9 members for which we had already made a advance payment. But unfortunately due to emergency reasons 5 of my friends would not be able to make it. So we informed the host that we will be requiring only 1 room for 4 members and the rest can be made available for booking as it is a long weekend. This would have benefited both us as well as the host. Instead the host started behaving rudely over the phone & started asking for full payment for the booking even if we are not occupying the place. They are now refusing to at least refund a partial amount of the advance & are not even responding to the calls. This is totally not the right way to be a host.

The best stay ever. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. The food served here was also amazing and we enjoyed it alot. The hotel's elegant design, combined with its top-notch amenities, made for a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience. The attentive and courteous staff catered to my every need, ensuring that my stay was as comfortable as possible.From the moment we entered, the welcoming atmosphere and attentive staff made us feel right at home. The menu offered a delightful array of dishes, each expertly crafted with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Every bite was a culinary delight, and I can't wait to return to Patanga beach resort to explore more of their delicious creations. Highly recommended!"

Amazing time I had there, the location is on the beach side only. It's on the outskirts of the Gokarna city but there is nothing in the city. Its the best place to chill and have fun with your friends, Food is also served here. And nearby there is a camp stay also available.
