I was shocked , wasn't expecting it to be so good. Very clean rooms and hygienic hotel. Very affordable price + delicious food, best friendly staff . They even have there own car to takr you ujjain ,Omkareshwar and travel locally at very good price (as compared with market) Airport pickup was so professional Totally recommend the hotel. I stayed on 3april to 5april with my family, can't wait to visit soon.

Without doubt one of the favorite hotels I stayed during my time in Indore! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff and general manager, a welcome drink and contactless Check-in made the process super efficient we were upgraded to the Deluxe Room. The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) and the housekeeper deserves a special thanks to regularly clean and sanitize every contact points . We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience. The room service is amazing with quick response . All the meals are mouth watering with delicious taste and presentation took my interest in having a bite quickly . The second day we did a Morning walk and yoga session at the park in the hotel which was guided by Sumit , who works as a waiter in the hotel as well. Sumit is such a warm personality and highly motivated guide (recommendable!). I truly enjoyed walking the park with beautiful sunrise in green lush fields. The view was beautiful and it was a relieve to walk in such a quiet and peaceful environment. The evening meal happened at the Rooftop restaurant with a superb view of a mix of lush green fields alongside Highway and Railway Track . Note, this is not a 4/5-star hotel or so, but the atmosphere is so special that it really felt like home to me. All respect for the Staff Team who does a great job here; a true sample of excellent hospitality!

Best place to stay in Indore, food is very delicious and of good quality , rooms are very clean and neat , Housekeeping is done regularly , staff is using proper masks and sanitization measure , Peaceful and environment is positive . Staff is very friendly and helpful Highly recommend to get an amazing hospitality experience

it was awsome experience to stay at Pat hotel. Indore. staff was friendly well educated. room was clean neat and well maintained. hygenic place. room service would get 5 star as well.. ..................... food was also nice. easy to find on highway. worth stay. value for money. recommended .

I ws very mch delighted by the very friendly and helpful reception staff in this hotel. They even gave us advice about how to see the attractions of the city. This is so important to make an hotel experience enjoyable. The room's interior and surroundings ws mch appealing, these features that makes it interesting. Our room was vey mch comfortable, wid mechanised shower wid excellent room service!!! Breakfast, Lunch, dinner etc all meals was very mch delicious!!! I recommend this hotel if anyone visits Indore!!!!!

We were welcomed to a lovely cup of Coffee and since it was Valentine's day were offered roses. The check-in was smooth. The whole hotel and even the bedroom were well decorated for the special day. The rooms were spacious and the view from the balcony was great. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was well equipped with toiletries. The breakfast was very delicious . Located near the iim Indore. The hotel is clean and provides u great hospitality. The staff were very helpful. The hotel provides u almost every facilities like free parking good food and drinks free Wi-Fi. Overall experience was awesome..

I stayed at this hotel for 2 days. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. From food to rooms to their service, everything was great. Would definitely recommend to everyone looking for a great hotel to stay in indore and rau pithampur location.
