I was delight to see most of the customers had a bad experience from this shop as they mention it in review . The salesman's attitude is really really bad.. the shop will have to be cleared out sooner if such salesmen continues there. First behave properly and then do your duty. I won't recommend any of my relatives or family members this shop for any purchase.

(This is my first time writing a review. And am doing this only to convey my annoyance and disappointment to everyone who might go to Pastel in the future) Am not here to talk about their collections of bridal wear. But to point out the flaws in the service of the staff. Dont really deserve even 1 star. I don't really get why they were so arrogant and rude for no reason whatsoever. The people at the shop were acting as though this is the only bridal shop in Kerala and they said it too ("You won't find a bridal shop like this anywhere in Kerala"). Yup they really said that. Being customers who has purchased even from bridal shops in UAE, we found their behaviour really hard to digest. And the cashier???!! My god! He had the most rude face and attitude while we were paying him like he didnt care about anyone and their money. Also they don't allow people to take pictures to share with families for opinions despite being an important decision to take. Its high time such arrogant behaviour come to an end. If you dont know how to behave with customers then dont even start a business where you have to deal with customers for such long durations. I hope people do read the reviews before going in there because i regret not checking the reviews and being aware.

Pastel Bridal Heritage left a sour taste in my friend's mouth with their horrendous customer service and arrogance. Not only were the staff unhelpful and dismissive, but they also refused to allow them to take a picture of the dress they tried on. Their policy reeks of an unnecessary power trip. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of this boutique.

The person who sold the dress gave misleading information and convinced my friend to buy their "one of a kind" dress exclusively designed for my friend and sold it for a higher price. Later we found out it was fake and mass produced replica.Really disappointed with their Marketing tactics which cost us a fortune.

I had a wonderful shopping experience from here..would love to purchase more in near future.

I've shopping from them since a very long time. Never once had a bad experience. Their service had always been warm. If you know what to ask for they'll make sure of our satisfaction.

Pastel bridals is the first option for me the wedding ,,and it turned out to be the best one!!have many gorgeous collection and a perfect destination for every bride!!!
