The applicants are only allowed depending on their appointment time, you are suppose to be here 30 minutes ahead of your appointment. Failing which you may request them only if you have a genuine reason and not delayed by more than 30 minutes. The staff are really quick, you will be asked to show your slot booking ( soft or hard copy) and the photocopies of relevant documents, you are expected to carry all the originals for verification too. The xerox can be taken inside on payment. You have to pass three steps 1) Verification at arrival 2) second level verification once inside and 3) the final verification by Govt. Officials. Once all done you will be asked to exit from a different gate. You get all the update by SMS on your given mobile number. Parking on left side after this office, a left lane 100 meters has a small free parking area.

I visited Passport Seva Kendra in Tirupati and had a somewhat mixed experience, which is why I'm giving it a 3-star rating. On the positive side, the staff members were generally helpful and polite. The application process was relatively straightforward, and the waiting area was reasonably comfortable. The online appointment system made it easier to plan the visit. However, I found that the waiting times were longer than expected, which could be improved to enhance the overall efficiency. Additionally, the information provided during the application process could be more detailed and clear, especially for first-time applicants.

Good experience. They are all helping and answering well. I applied for fresh passport. Report there on given time. First they will check originals and collect xerox on entry and ask you to wait in waiting room at A counter. Then they will give you your xerox, application form along with token number on it while waiting there. Then you will be going on to A counter where they will check all your details, scan originals, take your biometrics- photo and fingerprints. (Aadhar PVC card Xerox is accepted. They won't accept e-aadhar with sign not verified even for Xerox). We can take Xerox inside itself. Then they will check all details, originals and Xerox once again at B and C counters and the procedure is complete. Police verification is initiated after that. We will get acknowledgement receipt online.

I have visited for renewal, in the front and back end staff worked like a bullet train service. There is no waiting at any point, even full crowd with people. Very good and excellent service. Thank you all.

Super fast process, the whole process completed in less than 30 mins. The staff are wonderful and co-operative.

In this, there are 3 different counters (A, B, C). First, we need to go to the pre-verification counter there we are going to show all over documents to them then they are given the application form along with the "Token Number". There is a monitor inside it, whenever it shows our Token Number along with a counter number, we need to go to that particular counter. In counter A there are going to check all our applications details which we filled in on the online form if they are any mistakes they correct them (like name, surname, Address, email I'd, and mobile number etc., ) and then they are scanned over Xerox document (with self-attested) and collect all our Ten fingerprints. Then we need go-to counter B, here they are going to verify all our original documents. After that we need to go-to counter C, which is the final one if everything is fine then it's complete.
