We had booked PASS Taxi & Travels, Tirupur for our visit to Palani and to Coimbatore during 30/3 to 1/4/2023. The experience was very good. Special mention to Santhosh who was our companion ( I am happy to mention Santhosh as our companion instead of driver ) He was very supportive, polite and friendly during our visit which made the travel really memorable. He also helped us in assisting for shopping and took us to all the narrow possible roads without any hesitation. Especially for an outsider like me, his communication with local shopkeepers and hotel staff was a real big plus. Santhosh can be easily trusted and booked. He is soft spoken and trustworthy. Booked a 13 seater TT for a 3 day tour to Kanyakumari, Rameshwaram and Thiruchendur. Price quoted for AC and AC didnt work. Travels had organized vehicle with another travels which wasn't transparently told in advance. Overall the cost all inclusive worked out to Rs 24/KM while ideally it shouldve been 20/KM so a nett 4000 expensive. Driver was good but couldve been more punctual with scheduled starts. I wouldn't recommend.
