Traveling from Chennai to Madurai.Guy Parveen Travels is brand not a local so called "video coach".Raise your standard by not playing any movie in any "Volvo" bus.Do u really think people can watch loud, noisy,local speaker and small screen in Volvo,specially people from either increase screen size and use good quality speakers.. Don't make the journey miserable.U guys are the king of southern passenger transport.Remember please make the changes and inform.

They will simply cheat you. First they will be polite. You can see the honesty in each word. Once they have your cargo or courier things will go upside down. They will deliver on their own time. Worst service ever. I would suggest everyone to stay out of their service. They don't keep their commitment. Some of their employees simply fool you by talking sweet and honest. Beware of them.

The arrival time of bus on time good punctuality they're customer support is too good they had called me early before bus departure.bus maintenance is good. water fecility available on service area. one stop between travel

Bus not good engine noise was heavy not feel comfortable to sleep during nite travel...For Tickets postponing case ground level Customer care people's not having internal knowledge and they don't know about the Parveen Travels regulations.. I seen worst behaviour people's in Parveen Travels, Koyambedu bus point... VERY BAD EXPERIENCE...

Parveen travels are famous for their white-green Multi axle Scania buses.I have traveled a lot in this buses.They almost accelerate till 100km/ph which is good but on other hand safety is also concerned.Drivers are well trained and have great experience in driving. Highway drive is awesome.

Worst service ever.. We booked d bus to board at sholingallur scheduled at 11 pm.. We received message as bus was delayed by 45 mins due to technical difficulty..we called the customer service they said to come at 11.45pm..we reached by 11.15 n waited till 12.45..the bus dint arrive . The phone number they shared does not exist..customer care dint respond.. We finally boarded another bus.. Ll never book or refer this bus to anyone .

The bus never comes on correct timings. I booked the from Karapakkam for 10:25 and the bus came at 11:50. A horrible service. The second part is that the contact number they provide is never available or the person never picks up. Worst service.

Worst service by Parveen.. Didn't expect this from Parveen.. Driver or the travels didn't even care to call for pickup from this Perungudi Toll plaza.. and Driver didn't even attend the call even before coming to our location or even after passing our location.. Bus passed our location just like that.. we had to take Auto to hold them back in another location to get the bus.. this became nightmare for us!
