Poor management, waited for more than three hours for an ultrasound. Only one radiologist there that's causing public inconvenience. Staff too not so cooperative and professional. First and worst experience. Another part this hospital is in remote area, no such other private lab amenity there. Better to move Hamirpur, there are more lab options. As the radiologist came, OPD doctor went away and waited for an hour for him. Dearth of technical STAFF there. Who has whole day can visit here. Big picture with President will not provide relief to people. Yours service and care helps. In today's world time is everything. Hope this helps

In this hospital, it takes 3-4hours for ultrasound test. So u have to wait for that long time. Staff is not cooperative. They ignore you & never reply. Hospital staff help their knowns & other normal people's still have to wait for thr nmbr. That's not good.

There is no option below one star otherwise I would give zero star very worst service by staff. We went there for kidney stone removal. They operate my mother but after operation my mother suffered alot, she was not able to breathe properly after that she got vomiting, loose motion and suffocation but staff on duty didn't pay any attention after complaining many times.. They ignored our complaints. It make worse her condition she got jaundice, sepsis(infection in all body),multiple organ dysfunction.. When they realise this case turned critical then they reffer my mother to higher center,. And there she got admitted in ICU for 6-7 days.. She suffered alot..there was no hope of life but now she got her 2nd birth said by doctors.. Parvati hospital's staff is very irresponsible, Illetrate and inhuman. Their service is more than the worse..

Well it didn't gave me to put option less than one star otherwise I would have rated zero. A surgical procedure(gall bladder stone removal) is performed on my bhabi on 4/5th aug 2021 and due to their medical negligence she has been now shifted to their headbranch in delhi,that is sir ganga ram hospital. The founder must have made this parvati hospital with goodwill for rural poor people but it should Not be made Practice Centre for urban rich people.WORST.

Very poor service . Staff is not guided properly. I requested to senior staff to improving their service. Every time a new doctor will meet me no one is available at a time.

Need to give 5 stars to Dr. Swati main gynecologist. She handled, guided and properly treated .. But the staff, there really pathetic. They backbite their doctor's and don't even listen to their instructions.Even after being told so many times. Doctor have to reach and tell them again a d again. If you are the one looking for best maternity hospital and want to plan delivery here... I would suggest you get the consultation from Dr. Swati and get the delivery from somewhere else not here. Doctor do their job 110% but if anything happens to the patient its just because of the nurses and staff. Very arrogant, rude and don't know how to talk to your elders .

This hospital is in its top position. In locality.....People are coming from far places.... Dialysis facility is available (For Medical emburshment, ECHS, Ayushman yoga, approved by HP govt.) The staff is good but communication with people is not upto mark.... We can find RO water, cleaniness 5/5 Himcare card facility is also available now... Also any type of surgery / operation also done here....A special team from Sir Gang a Ram Hospital, Delhi, fortnightly..
