My experience at Parvathy Hospital for pregnancy check-ups and maternity care was excellent. The entire system, from the front office to the nursing staff, was impressive. The hospital provided efficient monthly appointments with minimal waiting times, making it convenient. I had a successful cesarean section, and the medical team was skilled and reassuring. They also offer pediatric services and reliable diagnostics at reasonable prices, which is great for middle-class families. The nursing staff at Parvathy Hospital were not only skilled but also exceptionally friendly. I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the medical team, especially Dr. Swathi, who was not only skilled but also friendly and caring. Her guidance and support throughout my pregnancy were invaluable. Dr. Prasanna also played a significant role in ensuring my well-being, and I greatly appreciated her care. Lastly, Dr. Rizwana's friendly demeanor made me feel at ease during my time at the hospital, almost like I was in the comfort of my own home. I am truly grateful for the care I received during my time at Parvathy Hospital and would like to extend my sincerest thanks to the entire team for their outstanding work. Suggestion: To create a welcoming space for infants and toddlers during vaccinations and consultations I would recommend adding vibrant and colorful paintings on the walls in the consultation room and waiting area. These paintings could feature cheerful and child-friendly themes like animals, nature, or cartoons. Incorporating soothing elements like gentle music will indeed create a reassuring and comforting environment for our little visitors.

I wouldn't recommend this hospital to anyone. This mother and daughter in-law have made this a profession a sheet business. Any first consultation will never be complete unless they recommend additional tests/others unrequited procedures within their hospital to make money. Swathi - the DIL, will act like she is doing a favor by seeing you and will never give advice on the issue u have approached them for unless u get those unnecessary tests done for 3/5k. I feel cheated visiting them, will never visit again. cheater! Oct 8 - Whatever little clientele is left that too would diminish. Mark my words, In this era cheaters are spotted soon and cannot survive too long! The chakra of karma spares no one!!!

Not at all a great experience. I would not recommend this hospital. The charges are hefty and the treatment is not upto what we pay. Swati doesn't look at patients with emotional support. The accounting team won't decrease the bill by 1 rupee even though we are paying a lot. In health insurance network hospital it's listed but they say they won't work with the insurance provider. Very bad experience not at all a good hospital

On the one of night of April last week, an extraordinary event unfolded in Hyderabad as the skies unleashed a spectacular thunderstorm. Amidst this awe-inspiring display of nature's power, my husband and I found ourselves casually visiting the doctor for a routine check-up during my ninth month of pregnancy. Little did we know that this visit would mark the beginning of an unforgettable journey. As we entered the doctor's office, a sense of comfort and reassurance enveloped us. The compassionate and skilled Dr. Swathi carefully examined me and swiftly determined that what we had perceived as mere discomfort was, in fact, the onset of labor. The news took us by surprise as we were unprepared and had brought nothing with us from home. However, Dr. Swathi's calming presence and words of assurance melted away our worries. She reassured us that we needn't worry about the lack of preparations, as everything necessary would be provided. Her confidence and warmth instilled a deep sense of trust in us. As the thunderstorm raged outside, relentless and unyielding, the time for the birth of our child drew near. Around 10 PM, amidst the symphony of rain and thunder, our little angel came into this world, eagerly waiting to meet us. It was a moment of pure magic and wonder, an experience that words can hardly do justice to. The exceptional care and attention we received from Dr. Swathi and her team of dedicated doctors, nurses, and ayammas was nothing short of remarkable. Every step of the way, they went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, safety, and well-being. Their expertise, combined with their compassionate approach, created an atmosphere of warmth and security that allowed us to fully embrace the miracle of childbirth. We are forever grateful to Dr. Swathi Madam, and her entire team for the exceptional care they provided. Their unwavering dedication and genuine concern made our journey through labor and delivery a truly positive and uplifting experience. We are convinced that few doctors could match the level of care and compassion that they demonstrated. As we reflect on that extraordinary night, we are filled with profound gratitude for the beautiful gift we received amidst the thunderstorm.
