Without a doubt, the hills viewpoint is a slice of heaven on Earth. The moment I reached this majestic vantage point, I was left breathless by the sheer beauty of the landscape. The unobstructed 360-degree views of rolling hills, lush forests, and distant mountain ranges were simply spellbinding. The feeling of being on top of the world was surreal. It's a place where time stands still, and you can't help but marvel at the grandeur of nature. I watched the sunrise here, and it was a life-altering experience, painting the sky with hues of gold and pink. If there's one place you should visit in your lifetime, it's this hills viewpoint. It's the epitome of natural beauty and a testament to the wonder of our planet.

Such a wonderful experience to travel up the hill to get this amazing view.. The best time to be there is between 5 am to 7 am. There is a lot to walk and explore. The climate is amazing and a good amount of fog will give the mountains a different beauty.. totally worthy ride..

Parunthumpara Hill View Point is a beautiful place to visit with family and friends. It is a short walk to the top, but be careful as there are no handrails. There are a few benches where you can sit and enjoy the view. The best time to visit is in the evening after a small shower, when the fog rolls in. There is no entry fee, and parking is available. The hill is shaped like an eagle's head, and the views from the top are stunning. The atmosphere is calm and pleasant, and there are many small eateries and shops nearby. It is a good place to spend quality time with family and friends. The best time to visit is early morning or afternoon, as it can be windy after sunset.

While we reached at this place the climate was sort of humid even though it rained last night. The ambience was good. Parking is availble. Shops are available with tea, coffee, snacks etc

The views from the top are stunning. You can just sit there and relax. It is a short walk to the top but to reach the peak is not that easy. It was crowded when I visited. There are a few benches where you can sit and enjoy the view. It's best to visit in the early morning or in the evening. Parking is not at all an issue.

A nice place with a great view. Good place for a one day trip from Kottayam or Alleppey. Abundant spaces to park your vehicle. Ideal picnic spot. During November and December it can be a windy and cold.

Visited this place during a weekday around 4-5 in the evening. And I would say weekday's are best for sightseeing and exploring the place without any disturbances and distractions. Also you get enough time to click pictures with very less or no people distractions in background. There was no entry charges heard that on weekends the place is crowded. But weekday's it's peaceful the only thing is very few shops open on weekdays. You can drive a car to the top and then explore the place on foot. Nothing like a hard trek or anything just some slopes that can be easily covered. I would not prefer visiting this place in afternoon time during summer time bot sure about how it is during winter season. Just be careful if you are planning to go to the main rock. The view is totally a treat to the eye, something that mountain lovers like to see. Since there was no fog all the peak's nearby was kinda visible and it was really wonderful to experience and enjoy the view. So people who are visiting Idukki do visit this place and experience the most out of it.
