Well maintained and best Heart surgery hospital in Parumala. With a best parking space. Hygine and treatment and best there

Doctors are well educated and kind. Other hospital staffs are also doing good job. They've implemented token system in reception, lab & pharmacy recently. Each floor have coffee shops from where you can buy tea, coffee, snacks and other commodities(Soaps, toothbrushes, Sanitary napkins etc) at reasonable prices. Hospital canteen is also good. But need to wait a lot for some special dishes. Washrooms are well maintained at regular intervals. Surroundings are also clean.

This is the first time in my life that such a bad trend has occurred. A girl named Noel, who was sitting at the head of the guest relationship PRO, insulted the juniors who came to my aid in front of people. This act is absolutely condemnable, her arrogance and obsession. It's a good thing to have her in the hospital, where she doesn't even have the courtesy to stop and ask. I hate coming to this hospital again. I won't ask anyone to come here.

Please avoid canteen food, Hospital facilities good modern technologies available

I am glad to put on record that during my 28 days Radiation treatment in Radiation Oncology Department in Parumala Hospital, I found the entire team in the department very sincere & loving in their approach and I sincerely appreciate their attitude. I am cent percent satisfied and I got a different feeling which I have never experienced from any other hospitals so far. My sincere thanks to the entire team.

Good hospital with cooperative staffs, but few areas I felt difficulty, lack of coordination in arranging procedures for ICU patients, need to improve the discharge procedures, keeping the patient more than 5 hours after discharge

Please do not prefer this hospital in case of any emergency, No confidence with doctors, Inexperienced, Does not prefer at all...

Filter and delete true reviews made by people. Myself commented about the unorganised pathetic ( without any knowledge)behaviour of nurses before 10 days for the public to care about their dear ones but they simply removed it from comment. Then what is the use of this review. No systematic timing for medicine, noon medicine at 4 pm and so on,
