My first and favourite gym. The crowd in this gym is also good. It's safe for girls.
I'm a very old member of this place. Many good instructors and trainers have come n gone. But Saad Khan is a very special and a dedicated trainer of the gym who has been loyal to the gym and it's member from a very long time. His sessions have always been a success, coz I believe he's knowledgeable he understands the need the clients. The results are assured if you train under him. Have recently joined back to the gym under him with a weight of 84.55kgs on May 05th, as on today 25th May he's managed to reduce 4.5kgs till now, as im weighing 79.80. All the best to him and the gym for keeping such good and dedicated staffs
I m very happy and satisfied with this gym..it's really nice to b part of parulekar..this gym has all the equipments and the staff over here are very cooperative..first I wasn't aware of fitness so much but after getting trained from Tejas sir ..I got to know so much abt workouts..he is really a motivation and a perfect trainer..I wud suggest u all to b a part of parulekar ..
This place has amazing infrastructure with fully functioning equipments, awesome music and safe crowd.
They have a terrace for all the introverts like me who isn't comfortable working out in a room full of mirrors. The trainers are helpful and guide when your posture is incorrect or you need assistance with a certain workout.
In all this place is an amazing place to workout and shed those extra pounds!
A hybrid gym, I suggest going here if you are looking for or used to conventional gyms they have good space management and the premises are clean.
Very bad don't come to this gym, they play very bad songs like sheela ki jawani, because of the songs the gym sometimes feels like a bar
This is a very good gym. It's very less crowded the equipment are good. The members are good. The trainers are good. Everything is good
