The hospital's services are second to none. The doctors are not only highly skilled but also compassionate. They took the time to address all my concerns and provided top-notch care. I couldn't be more satisfied. I am 22 years old and since childhood I have been going to the hospital for treatment. It's never been the case that I didn't get cure after the treatment.

One of the worst managements I came across, the receptionist is very slow, they simply don't understand the mess that they are creating.
They won't give you an estimated time until your appointment, you end up wasting hours wondering when will you get your turn.
Dr. Partani is no doubt one of the best doctor in this domain, but he can't simply rely on his expertise for forever, he needs to understand how to give patients a delightful experience.
Simply put, there are at-least 150 daily patients, even wasting half hour can lead to 75 hours of wasted human time daily, which would have been used in nation's interest, please, it is a genuine request to streamline the process and create a win win situation for everyone.
Best experience for ENT problem I have never meet such co-operative doctor and staff.
