Parsons Court Hotel in Dindigul offers 4-star rooms and services, providing a comfortable stay. Its location is excellent, close to the railway station and main places. The complimentary breakfast buffet is top-notch. However, lunch and dinner fall short, lacking the same quality. Overall, a decent stay with room for improvement in dining options.
Very good place to have company meetings and stay here... Very close proximity to bus stand and traffic railway station also... Little mosquito issues here... Should have more improvements in reception and waiting hall
Decent business hotel. Neat rooms, little mosquito issue. Nice South Indian breakfast spread.
we were passing through dindigul and found this hotel on google. went for lunch staff were very courteous we called them and they guided the location lunch was at 1 we waited for sometime food was very tasty they have to renovate the bathrooms it very old otherwise all well
Good experience. AC hall, car parking facility available, lift available. washroom is clean and neatly maintained. rooms are neat and well maintained, interior of rooms are excellent. loved the ambience and service. worth getting experienced
Decent hotel at Dindigul, Properties in the room are good. The sofas and floors needs to be cleaned better. The room given to me was having a smoke smell and I was not comfortable. They must mark non-smoking rooms specifically in their booking
Nice room, nice Lightings. Bathroom fixtures are good. Enjoyed the stay. Obviously you need to pay more to enjoy this facilities
Stayed here to attend a wedding..the Smart mirrors in room and bathroom helped immensely in getting ready! Rooms were neat and service was good. Edit: rated 4 starts and moved to one star based on one incident. One of guests had asked for extension of room and the request was denied. The issue was in how it was communicated to the guests. Literally harassing them calling when you would leave and ended up creating a family rift because of this attitude. Would have been much better if they had connected with person who booked room and let them sort. A simple matter got escalated due to attitude of front end staff.

Food Quality is good, place is congested, owner is annoying all the time (I understand Owner's irksome is a result of delay in orders to the customers, but again displaying in front of customers is what the concern i wish to raise) Other than that, F
