Whatever is the ailment, she has a yoga therapy to cure it.

I have joined Parsana Gym since last 8 months. I am very much happy with the facilities provided and also I am pretty impressed with the knowledge about workout and fitness provided by the experience and certified trainer here. All the equipment used here are latest and very helpful towards my fitness goal. I've trained here for almost 10 months and in that time I've experienced a physical and mental transformation. Thanks to Parsana gym I'm in the best shape I've ever been in my life. During my first several months, All trainer made a big effort to introduce me to fitness principles in an engaging way; and then over time, I've benefited from a tag team approach working with almost all the trainers at the gym. I've got my overall goals, but everyone there challenges me a little differently when we train toward those goals, which is excellent for staying mentally engaged month over month. Highly recommended; when I joined the gym, I was nervous that I'd find this kind of environment to be intimidating, but Parsana gym was exactly the opposite.... Thank you so much PARSANA GYM...

Overall it's a very economic gym with good quality equipments and trained professional to guide us and I had and still having a great experience since my time of joining, I definitely recommend it. My aim is to gain weight and muscle mass and because of Parsana I have gained 12kgs of weight and lean muscle mass.......Thanks to Parsana I feel a lot stronger.

It is super and the staff are very helpful. I am so much happy to become a member of The PARSANA Gym. The Gym Group is a really good gym. the spaces are clean and the machines are useful. The staff is always kind and nice.

My self Rohit Otari i m doing gym in Parsana from last 8 year's and really awesome experience with Parsana Fitness Center, the gym that never tell to Client's to take protein powder's, never tell to take personal training from us and pay money for it. really very friendly with everyone. I make my own Physic super that i never had before, when i was join this gym before 8 years i m really very weak and thin person but now i have good physic and so many people's ask to me that please can you give me personal training because they feel that i m trainer in this Gym ha ha haaa......but basically i m Network Engineer doing job as a Network Engineer in IT Company. I really faithful and thankful of Parsana that giving me best physic and prove my self. Guys i really have passion about Bodybuilding , Fitness and i will make my future in this field
