The size of the rooms are good. Rooms and bathrooms are quite big. I got electric shock when I switched on the bathroom's water heater. I immediately turned it off and pulled off the shocket completely. Also I informed the hotel staff but they took no action. For the rest my stay, I had no option other than to use cold water for shower . Hotel staff were rude and the service was pathetic.
Room was clean, water cooler available, 24 hours water and power backup, AC, good behaviour, only thing which can be added is wifi and TV in working condition, no negative response as of now.
The location is near bakebihari temple, all the prime mandir locations are near this hotel. The staff was good and supportive. Hotel, room and bathroom were clean. Spacious Room. Wardrobe with a mirror is available. You may find water damping (silan) in a few corners but don't bother much. You can order food from outside, no in house restaurant available. Overall it's a pleasant stay.
Good & specious rooms with fair charges. Though food services are not good. Rest is OK as for as cleanliness.
Everything is average. In ground floor a hall is given fir bhajan and arti which creates a positive environment
Amazing experience, the hotel rooms are very clean and comfortable. Location is another plus, Banke Bihari Temple is at walking distance and so are many other temples. The hotel staff is also very courteous especially Hotel Manager Abhishek Tiwari Ji. He is very hospitable and humble. All in all a wonderful experience.
