Parklane Hotel - Indoor lodging in Mysuru - Mysuru, India

I just loved this place. Food was good, rooms were cosy. The staff were friendly and courteous and alway greeted us with a smile. I stayed two days with my family. It has that old charm to it which I loved. It takes you back to the good old days. I love everything that keeps up the heritage. Decor was good too. We had such a comfortable stay. We would love to stay there again. One thing I loved and felt cute about this hotel was that. In the room to make easy for people to find the switch in the dark, they have stuck glow in the dark labels on them. That was such a smart and cute move. I usually have to search for my phone first then switch on the torch to find the correct switches. I would recommend this hotel to others. It gives that 90s vibe and a homely feel. Loved it!!!

What an experience. Slightly bizarre decor and the rooms were a bit basic and could do with some tlc. But, the staff were amazing, the food was amazing and the location was amazing so would definitely recommend staying here. LOTS of character.

Good Service . The decoration and ambience is superb. One of the favourite hangout places for tourists and locals. The restaurant has good light and ventilation. Food tastes good, one star removed for not so great food.

The hotel offered cozy rooms with all the necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. However, I would advise seeking dining options outside the hotel, as the in-house restaurant did not meet expectations. If you prioritize a cozy room and convenient amenities above all else, this hotel might be a suitable choice for your stay. And it is very close to the Mysore palace so your evenings can be spent by just walking to the palace.

Had a comfortable stay overall as the location is great and accessible to all important locations. The restaurant service at the restaurant is quick and efficient with its calling light system. The food taste was not the best and definitely expensive. The common areas are well designed to make it culturally appealing. The rooms are not very large but cozy. However the low ceiling height makes the room too cold when the AC is turned on. The room lacks proper ventilation. Lack of a large single bed makes the room not very comfortable. The bath room is also not very well ventilated.

This hotel is somewhat old and now undergoing renovations at the terrace for the swimming pool. Located centrally near Mysuru's popular locations, so it is good for tourists. It is a standalone building hotel with circular lobby on each floor and rooms adjoining it. What we loved about the rooms is that they are not expensive and provide great value for money. Everything is labelled inside the room. Ample of space inside the room to fit 3-4 guests and lot of lighting options. There's a night clock which remains On and acts as a night light, but can be turned off if you pull the plug. On the negative side, found the Airconditioner to be old and weak, can't cool properly and the bathing area is too small and has no good separation from the toilet so the toilet area gets wet after every bath. Another thing to note is that the extra bed didn't have a stopper, so the foldable extra bed fell on one of the kid playing near it, good that he didn't get hurt. And the railing in the lobby is short for kids who can possibly fall

PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING It's the worst hotel, pathetic service, awful rooms , did not provide any toiletries, did not offer any refreshments during our stay (not even milk powder or tea bags), refused to provide complimentary water bottles (even though all of this was included in our package and we paid in advance) and they provided us used towels and failed to replace them. The hotel staff and front desk executives were rude and failed to offer any guidance. The construction is very old and not maintained properly. Absolutely pathetic!! This is definitely not even close to 1 star and they claim it as 3 star. Big time scammers They have fake reviews all over Google and hotel booking sites. Please do not waste your money here.

Rooms are very small. I booked and stayed in luxury double. Rest room is very stinky. I don't know the exact problem but they hire sewage water tanker. After sewage water tanker visit, situation improved a little bit. AC throws very cold air. Even after reducing the temperature through remote, it blows same cold air. We had to switch the AC off while sleeping. Without AC, it is difficult to have a good sleep. Bath towels and bed spreads are dirty and old. They need to replace them. Could not contact front desk over phone all the time. Some times, they pick up the phone and some times not. We had to come downstairs to convey our needs. Positive front, they have kids play area and small swimming pool for kids
