The flat are good but there is issue of both drinking and usage water on daily basis. Builder is highly uncooperative and does not resolve any problems faced smoothly. For a minor work also they take months together to address it. I am staying in this society since Jan 2023. Definitely I will not suggest anyone to go for buy without verifying the facts. My overall experience is very bad in terms of water and services by the builder.

Project in BT kawade road price are reasonable and area is also good parks and school for children are nearby and markets are also available

Recently constructed building. So far my stay seems good.
