This was experience, food and service is best and the taste of food was sooo awesome, the evening with friends was sooo memorable

Ok, I want owner of Parkash dhaba to read this review very carefully because I am sure if he tries to figure out why customers aren't coming like they visit Aman Chicken & Baba Chicken, here are the reasons. I visited here today and find furniture very old fashioned and boring. I mean who keeps velvet covers at table tops? Glasses & Crockery was cheap. Music played was good but speakers were of poor quality like as if I am sitting in a local downmarket salon. Waiters were in civil dress with some dirty clothes & moreover, instead of being hidden somewhere, they all were sitting on normal seats which irked me. Basically, Parkash Dhaba owner should hire a well educated manager first, well dressed waiters, interior decorator is a must, need to change speakers and then it would be at par with other local restaurants like B7, Aman, Baba and Indian Summer. Half hearted attempt won't get you classy customers especially in a city like Ludhiana. You cannot assume that people will come for the taste only because already Aman & Baba have upper hand in the taste too. Reality check Sir. Lot to improve.

In Ludhiana you will be finding numerous Chicken corners but parkash holds a monopoly on meat Malai and butter chicken. Go try

Good quality of food and snacks non veg and veg items

The place is LONELY. We were the only guests at 2.30 noon on a Sunday. That's not acceptable for a name like Parkash. The interior needs work and upkeep. The waiters need professional training. I am saying all this since this outlet was opened with an aim to provide a fine dine experience to the customer. The 3 stars are only for the food. With a take away outlet within 250 meters, this seems to be ill planned.

The butter chicken is the best i have tasted in Ludhiana.

The resturant is horrible and so as food. All staff is ridiculous and verst service i have ever seen. The place is not at all family restaurant.

Delicious food from Parkash. We used to visit since 84 in their Dabha at Miller Ganj. Agreed one visitor views for need of improvements in infrastructure.
