It's such a busy street. I love it. It is a famous street in downtown, Kolkata. Officially known as Mother Teresa Sarani. The best time to visit this street is during Diwali and of course Christmas & New Year. The best feeling ever once you step on to this street. You'll be able to get access to a ton of restaurants ranging from a cheaper price to the costliest one. The place itself is aesthetic and gives us a different vibe. You'll understand what I mean to say once you get to come here. It is often regarded as 'Neighbourhood of Englishmen'. In fact it is indeed 'Food street' & 'The street that never sleeps'. Several important routes intersect or originate from Park Street. The Street has been a crowd puller since the reign of the British Kingdom and undergone modifications that make it a fashionable hangout spot. A number of prominent landmarks are also located in or near the street. Some of them are Asiatic society, St. Xavier's College, South Park Street Cemetery and The Park Hotel. Come and let go of your anxiety in this busy hustling street.

If you are in or around Kolkata from 20th December to 5th January, this place is a must visit. The entire place is lit up and it is an incredible sight to witness. The entire city comes together to celebrate the birth of Christ. This is one of the days that really brings out the diversity of our festivities.

Good place to hangout for entire year expect Christmas. I love to go to the Flurys, Kusum Rolls, Olypub & Oxford bookstore very frequently. Unfortunately, I went here there last year during Christmas. And, the crowd gave a headache. So many people at this place,so much congestion. Enjoying Santa pujo Apart from that noise & congestion, this place looks very beautiful during Christmas. I would kindly advise anyone to go there atleast 2-3 days before Christmas. Or, just go there anytime around the year, not during the Christmas week.
