We stayed in Park Royale for 4 days with my wife and my 2 kids. Good Property, Good location, very neat and clean rooms. The main highlight of the property is their staff. They will make us feel like we are in our own home. so polite and ready to help in whatever we ask. simply superb. since I had 2 kids I felt so easy. Mr Karthik was so nice from start to end. Manager Mr. Raju was also so polite and helpfull. Almost all staff and even chef was ready to help and very polite. Awesome place, had a nice time there with my family. Food was good, simple but like homemade taste. Varieties were few but good in whatever they prepared. Thanks Team Park Royale, you guys were Amazing.
We recently stayed at Park Royale just for a night during a short visit to Kodaikanal. The service provided by the entire staff team was spectacular. From the receptionist to the room service boys and the also the kitchen staff were all friendly and kind throughout our stay and made our trip pleasant and comfortable. The food was great too. The rooms were neat and clean, well maintained. Only drawback: Car parking was down a steep road which was inconvenient to walk up the road to get back to the room after parking. Would definitely recommend to people who are planning either a short or long stay at Kodaikanal!
It is the best Hotel in Kodaikanal with friendly Admin who are handling the guest with atmost care, best place to stay in Kodaikanal. We had a Homely Type of Feeling when we were there and food was too delicious.
Location of this property is great. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Staff was very friendly and courteous. All amenities were great which was provided to us. For a family with kids this property would be a best option as they provide 2 rooms. My only negative feedback is towards food quality, which was not good enough but this depends on everyone taste. 2 bathrooms

Excellent hotel to stay. Polite and supportive team. Stayed in King suite, which is best for 4 member family. Good privacy in the suite since 2 large beds at different rooms with 2 washrooms. Breakfast and dinner are tasty.
Beautiful place and surroundings. King suit at Park royale is really a good option for a family of 4 adults and 1 or 2 kids. Breakfast and other service was really good. Caretaker Rajalingam was very helpful. Property is located right next to Chettiar Park and Kunjiri Adavar temple.
Came to kodaikanal from Malaysia. Stayed at Park Royale for 4 days 3 nights. Had an awesome stay with beautiful surroundings. Very friendly management who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. Mr. Karthick the manager and his staffs provided excellent services. Room was very clean and spacious. The food provided was very delicious too. If anyone planning trip to kodaikanal, Park Royale is the place I would highly recommend.

I found this hotel through MakeMyTrip. Entrance welcome us by calm and pleasure feel. Hotel rooms are well cleaned and 24 hours hot water provisions. Room boy are very quick and active person.
While we were on route to the property, we were disappointed on the fact that this place was 20km away from Kodaikanal Town. But when we reached there we realised we might not even go to Kodaikanal since the property in itself is very very beautiful.
