Park Residency Koyilandy - Hotel in Koyilandy - Kozhikode, India

Good hotel with nice rooms. One could easily locate the place as it is on the side of the main road. Service was good. Room had kettle, tea bag ,creamer, coffee powder etc. There is a restaurant inside the place with a selection of food items. This is a bar attached hotel so one may find a bit of local population related to bar but we didn't experience any issues regarding that. Overall it was a good and affordable stay.

Been to the Bar only...An average bar, nice atmosphere and service. The entrance to the bar is not welcoming, expect a straight entry. Bar is 400mtrs away from bus terminal.

Well., I visited park residency with my friend. To be honest I was not satisfied. I had a couple of fry chicken drum, it was not well cooked meat was raw inside. Price too quite expensive which I feel Sorry to say, but it's fact. Bad experience!!!

Decent property, rooms may require slightly a better maintainance. Quality of service and food is good.

Good location and good room near major place kappad beach, pisharikavu temple,thikkodi beach, etc.

Very bad customer care and the motel doesn't have a no smoking zone area which makes the entire hotel smell like cigars

Good hotel in koyilandy with good dinning, good parking and room.

The Bar attached to this hotel may create problems for those come to only stay there. It was a nuisance for us as we reached to check in , a heated argument was going on between the staff at reception and a batch of 15 visitors. They were using extremely foul language and we had to go back and keep the ladies and kids in the car till the time we got the keys. We even thought of leaving the hotel and finding some other place to stay for the night. Make my trip to take note .
