When we entered into the room, it wasn't cleaned properly the towels were wet, bathrooms were not cleaned properly and cigarettes in the dustbin were left not cleaned properly overall the room smells like a dirty, we were very irritated by your service, for your worst service we have paid you 8200/- waste of money and worst experience you better teach your staff about room service. I hope your management is not sleeping,
from next time I won't book a room at your hotel. Overall a worst experience.
One of the best hotels I have ever been, the room was ready once arrived no waiting even a 1 minute, the room was ready clean.I don't have words to describe how amazing my stay at Park Residency. What made my stay unique was the staffs, they were always caring about all the details, ready to help and assist you at any hour of the day. Special mention to Mr.Jerin who helped my cousin with her luggages before her departure.Amazing even during my late check out.Overall this rates as one of our top experiences in a hotel. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in Adoor.

The worst food I ever had, I have ordered chicken biriyani, the chicken was not at all boiled correctly and the rice was having some bad odour while having it. We ordered 5 chicken biriyani and none of them were good even after paying 200Rs each. Very disappointed because of the food!!
The rooms were decent but I was left disappointed as the bathroom was not cleaned before I occupied it. The toilet was dirty. Otherwise it was a decent experience though my stay was very short.
