Fantastic hotel. I've stayed with my family for two days from 4th June until 6th June. Room size is bigger than many five star hotels. They have 24*7 service and maintain the room clean and neat. Cleanliness is excellent. Room is provided with air conditioner and fan. Reception staff MR Yadhu Krishna is very kind and helpful. Our train back to Chennai got delayed. When I requested for late check out, Mr Yadhu Krishna accepted and allowed us to stay for extra one and half hour without any additional charge. Their restaurant is also good though they do not many options. Food was little spicy but it was very tasy.

One of the worst experience ever I had in my life , thats from Park Residency Thrissur. Reption staffs were very arrogant and Finally met a manager who was arguing for nothing . Even Manager was not trying to listen regarding issue. They promised me an early check as per the availability and that's the only reason I reached the hotel by 10.00am in the morning. They had no courtesy to make me comfortable and didn't ask me to wait for an hour. They were showing the frustration and demanding before check in that I should check out in the morning. Wish you all the best. Management please try to train them how to behave and what is hospitality. Not ready to wake from seat as well. Pathetic service. One or two people can easily spoil the reputation of property. Once again thanks

We chose to stay here due to its close proximity to the railway station. It's a decent place, but there are several areas in need of significant improvement. If free Wi-Fi is advertised as a selling point, it should be available consistently throughout the premises. Unfortunately, the 3rd floor does not receive a Wi-Fi signal at all. It's crucial for them to use signal extenders to ensure good Wi-Fi coverage in all areas and increase its speed, as it can be challenging to work for those who select this place for business purposes. Mobile internet tends to perform better. Breakfast is served from 8 to 10 am, which worked for us. However, the options are limited, with no live cooking counter. They provide two 500 ml water bottles daily, which is less than what we expected, so we ended up purchasing water bottles from outside. In all three rooms we've stayed in, the washrooms never had toilet paper. Room service and food quality are decent, but there is room for improvement. Outside food delivery is allowed and can be collected outside the reception. One significant issue is power failures, which bring everything to a standstill. During such outages, you can't even contact them via phone. Everything, including TV channels, phone service, and the internet, goes offline. The lifts remain operational, but this aspect needs improvement. Rooms should be ready precisely at check-in time, which is 1 pm. On the second occasion, my room was delayed by 2 hours, which is unprofessional. We initially booked this place because it suited our travel needs and was conveniently located near supermarkets and daily necessities. However, the management must do much better in making customers feel welcome and addressing their advertised selling points. One positive aspect was the consistent water pressure in the taps and the availability of plenty of hot water. There was one instance where there was no water in the taps, but they resolved it promptly. However, in the event of a power failure, this could create an undesirable situation. These situations should be proactively addressed and managed if they want their ratings improved and customers to return.

The rooms very realy superb. Service is very poor. Especially from the reception. There is an arrogant manager Mr.Anil who is very rude and rough . He is not not even having a courtesy to hear to our problems or any doubts . He is easily becomes irritated and he told us whatever you want to give as a review we can . He won't mind in review and all. Apart from the rude behaviour of the manager and other staffs at reception all other is ok. Complimentary breakfast provided also good. The behaviour of this manager Mr.Anil is really disappointing and can't be tolerated.

Hassle free happy and warm check-in which took less than 5 minutes. Reception counter staff was very nice. Room was spacious and well set. All calm and quiet. Slept well. Only glitch was the tv & light above bed were in a single switch and so couldn't leave the tv on. Room service food was superb. In total had a calm and peaceful stay.

Very good rooms and staffs they are really helpful in situations like early check-in and late check-out but through phone they told me clearly that if any family checks out early then only they will provide room and they just took 30 min to clean and change everything in that specific room and that was really helpful and impressive

Best hotel in terms of location, room cleanliness, staffs , food . It was a pleasant and satisfied stay after long time . Chk in was smooth , they had less varieties in complimentary breakfast but it was good and decent enough . Rooms was big enough for four or five people to stay with proper bathroom with neat maintenance. They arranged the cab for the temples .
