Terrible place to stay with horrible service. Breakfast doesn't start on time - when it does it takes them an hour to serve tea and pancakes. Pretty bad rooms - hadnt been aired out in weeks. Staff is limited, hence service suffers. Would strongly advise to avoid. There are way better places to stay which are closer to the beach and offer better amenities.
I feel it was the best place to stay. And I loved the hospitality. They gave me special cake for my baby's first birthday and also gave us a hospitality cake on our last day. Truly best staff and facilities
The front desk reception staffs need to be trained to be more guest-friendly and considerate. We were 3 families and booked for 4 nights in advance and had to stay there as the agency's cancellation charges would have been quite high. The hotel is far off from beach (approx 3kms from Baga beach). The room service is pathetic with the housekeeping staff though coming daily but would just make your bed and nothing else (replenishment of toiletries, tea kit etc were never done). The restaurant staff would take eternity to bring glasses to your room even after 3-4 calls .. They're no where any '5-star' that they boasts of.. pathetic !!
Had a pleasant experience. The rooms were huge to begin with. They provided us a free upgrade to junior suite room. Food was good, the staff are supportive and friendly. Amenities wise not really a five star though, can be rerated as 3 or 4 stars. Value for money stay.
The property is built on a hill which gives a scenic location vibes at the hotel premise but my overall stay was not quite pleasant. The Room which was allocated to me was not in a good condition with presence of bed bugs, ants and mosquitos. Also, the service of the hotel staff and management was not proper and delayed responses from staff.
Oh..my...i was pretty shocked to see the pathetic state of rooms , it looked like a govt I.B less of any star catagory hotel. None of the amenities of a star category hotel was available. Morning Breakfast was of equally poor taste. I glad i was just staying for 1 night....wanted to check out ASAP.
