Park Regency Hotel & Resort - Hotel in Murthal - Sonipat, India

We went to the rooftop swimming pool and had an amazing time. The atmosphere and service were great. Definitely a must do if you are looking for a good time.

Charged me 3500 for 2 hours stay and told me if i want to stay for night have to pay extra for 2 kids...room fan is only working with light turned on? Guess what no hot water they offered hot water in bucket and off course shower panel is not working waste of money stay away if u can

Room was good and clean and the hotel is in a great location for travelling anywhere in the city. We would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Florence.

It was one of the a very very disappointing stay, they charge you alot, dirty rooms, no hot water, shower doesnt work, food is stale, over all very bad experience.

I recently stayed at the Park Regency Hotel & Resort and had an excellent experience. The hotel's location was perfect for me, as it was close to office and many attractions and restaurants in the area.

Room was good , clean and hygiene even spacious though , staff was very helpful throughout the stay , especially Mr. ajeem at Front desk was very helpful , there was only one disappointment through out the stay that pool was not clean but else everything was good that's y gave 4

We booked two rooms for 3-4 days and honestly its a great experience with staff politeness, not so interference, they provide us best food choice between sukh dev and garam dharam which is so helpful to any customer health and special thanks to manager of this hotel and the all service manager amit he is so humble and helpingkeep it up!!!

Pathetic experience!! On the day of checkin, we called them up in morning just to confirm and the guy at reception said there is no booking in our name. We showed them the booking confirmation msg and then after a wait of about an hour they said yes the booking is there. No hot water in washroom inspite of booking the presidential suite with jacuzzi. When called the reception for hot water, the guy said who uses hot water. Why do you need hot water. If you need hot water, we can bring it in a bucket for you. No dip tea provided in room. When asked for it, they said tea is finished. Plz drink coffee instead. For a family of 4, they gave us only 2 towels. Dustbin in washroom was full of garbage from don't know how long. It was stinking and wasn't empty when we checked in. It's obvious that this hotel is not booked regularly. But if a family is paying good for a c presidential suite then the expectation is to get atleast the basic amenities. Very unprofessional staff and experience.
