The rooms are spacious and well maintained with attached washroom. The service is not that good. Parking facility is also available. They don't provide food from their hotel at times and bring it from a nearby restaurant. That's it about the hotel review
Best and affordable price stay in Perumbavoor I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Park Regency Hotel in Perumbavoor during my travels, and overall, it was a delightful experience. The first thing that struck me was the warm and welcoming staff. From the moment I arrived, they were attentive and eager to assist with any questions or requests. Check-in was smooth, and I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency of the process. My room was clean and well-maintained. It had all the necessary amenities, including a comfortable bed, a clean bathroom, and Ac for some relaxation after a long day of travel. The view from my window was also quite ambience
Right beside the State Highway with little space for parking. Too noisy and the rooms smell stingy. Seems like they don't need customers. All the staff who talked with me are Bengalis. Anyways it's not good for families to stay for sure.
No value for money. I won't recommend it! 1. Hotel room door knob was damaged. 2. Flush was slow and almost damaged. 3. No hot water in the morning. 4. Room phone was not working. 5. Fridge was gone. 6. Towels were stained. 7. Staff was not much concerned overall.
Horrible place. Not safe for Family or Ladies. Staff is very bad and rude, especially the staff ABU who is in reception. Harassment, Abusing and torturing mentality.

The hotel is following 12.00 noon checkout time but no boards showing this, nor the receptionist would say that. No much facilities in room. Ac is noisy. Doors hard. You need to continuously pull a lever for the shower to function. No computerised bill, no gst number or any bill-gst bifurcation. Receipt is a cheap hand written paper. No value for money
Excellent place to celebrate! Their banquet hall is well equipped and spacious to cater more than 100 people. The food they provided was scrumptious. Kudos to Chef Mr. Ajayan and team. Special mention to F&B manager Mr. Jithin who arranged everything
Clean rooms Close to a supermarket Udupi bhavan is almost right next door, KFC too!(just beside Udupi bhavan) Excellent room service. If you do like ice creams, best bakery is beside it and popbrothers on the other side! Simply marvelous!
