Good decent rooms. Chose the familybroom which had 4 individual beds for thr family. The location is excellent near to the temple and other local street shopping locations. Lots of tourist spots in walkable distance.
Had high expectations as a 3 star hotel . Had to wait for almost 2 hrs for us to check in. They failed to keep the word for the best service and cleanliness . They showed no manners while talking and started cussing us. But the hotel didn't fail to break my expectations of a worst hotel . The hospitality we had was below average . The manager especially was the worst of all and showed no hostility. They deserve no review star. Giving one start as there is no option to skip. Never recommend to anyone.
Poor service - first, there was not enough bath towels and when we asked, the staff kept on showing up with bath mat instead of the towel. That too 3 times!! Toiletries were bear minimum where we wondered if they just put some soap water in the bottle for Bath lotion. Then we ordered a lime soda and waited for two hours but it was nowhere in sight. Finally we cancelled the juice. Receptionist was friendly which is the only good thing about this hotel if there is any!
No Parking and parking asistance.. Front road is so busy and there was no security or any one to help... I had a very bad experience . Inspite my friend seek for help, they were least bothered. Before stay pls. Ensure Parking..
Best hotel very near to Padmanabha swamy temple. Easy to notice and very comfortable rooms with all basic needs in room, car parking and lift facility. Room service and customer service is very descent and satisfactory. Tiffin is provided here as a complementary and Advanced booking is also needed on busy and holiday times. Room ambience is very neat and clean and terrace view of padmanabha swamy temple kopuram is really beautiful. Happy to stay here with family.
Staff is a bad service.......Be careful ordering food.....old Biryani is what you say as Live Biryani.... customer If it is a staff, it is a customer cheating program.....
My daughter's engagement happend there.i must say I loved the atmosphere and the view was damn beautiful. Even the food (sadhya)was fabulous. The rooms were big and clean. The only trouble I had was with the room dealing.Other than that I enjoyed staying there .
Parking space is not available. I had to park my car on the street. It's local bar attached hotel, so expect all the realated mess in the premises, but luckily those are not affecting those in the rooms. Very near to the temple, so best location.

I have been here for the last two days, a very good ambience, a place to go anywhere in Thiruvananthapuram city. like railway station, airport and highway. Good rooms and good attitude and cooperation from the staff. I liked very much.
