Unhygienic rooms, even a bed spread was also not available, they use a rag and call it a blanket. Bed sheets were full of stains from previous use, most probably they did not even clean it after use. Chairs and curtains were covered in dust, bathroom had plumbing issue and water were all over the floor, they were not even ready to clear it after I asked them to. Had to cancel my booking and leave the hotel. Staffs were unprofessional, their behaviour is not suitable for a hospitality sector.

This is by far the worst experience I have had in a hotel. Please do not think of getting a room here. Me and my friend booked a room here and had the worst night. They charge a hefty 2k per room and they dont have a fan. The AC was old and not at all working. Worse was the toilet which was not properly cleaned and with foul smell. Added to that, the pipes in the toilet drain was leaking. When complained this to the concerned manager or staff, they were so rude and non cooperative. This was not expected from a hotel of Rajadhani group. Please Avoid this hotel at all cost. I wonder if there is a zero rating possible. WORST EVER EXPERIENCE.

Good place to have a small gathering.Their buffet is okay.Food at the Forest restuarant at Rajadhani is very awesome and you can expect very good customer service here.Also the ambience is way too good.I dont know of any place in the town where forest ambience is presented this good.The place is a bit costly. I ve had their buffet once,it was okay and had variety of dishes,but i doubt if the quality of food offered in buffet and in the other restuarant are the same. They have an open space,good for small part gatherings and it come a reasonable price along with food.

It's a good place to have food and beverage with family, friends or colleagues. The ambiance is too good to spend time inside. In the evening you will be presented with live music while having your dinner. Even you can try your song with them too. The surrounding is kept clean and green. And the parking area is good enough to keep a large number of cars inside.

Went for dinner last day with my parents. We opted for buffet. Most of the dishes were cold and cooked on previous day.. By tasting I could felt food has been reheated for the evening.. I had pine apple fried which was cold and tasted as if was cooked two days back. After dinner the same day I vomitted. I have had buffet from here past 5-6 years.. This time will be the last.. Overall horrible...

I was here with a family for traditional Kerala buffet lunch. It was a good experience. The food tasted good and service was average. It's a nice place to just go eat and relax a bit with friends and families. However, I would suggest to book your seats prior your visit as the nicer, cozy places were reserved for the ones who did. There is also a small playing area for children which is readily accessible to all guests.

Decent fezility in the middle of the city... Have a average parking lot. Outdoor event space are available for medium sized party events like birthday celebrations , anniversary celebrations etc. Food is only average. Had wide verity of items but not up to the mark. Staff behavior and hospitality is good. If preferring non A/C party halls, outdoor area is the best. Or else go for A/C halls.
