Average hotel. Queen sized beds with very uncomfortable mattress. It is time they changed their mattresses. the bed is too small for two. The service is ok. choice of food for breakfast is limited. location is central ie in Balleygunj. I think one should try others before finalising this one.

Excellent budget hotel in this city. We had meeting in the party hall at the top floor. The food prepared by their Chef from starters to main course were lipsmackingly good The ambience, centrally AC, decoration were all befitting. I did visit here before also, for my IELTS speaking module, which takes place in the rooms.
Food quality in banquets are better than any other holtails near by. Situated in prime location of Kolkata easy access of rental cars and two wheeler parking lot is quite good... With a swimming pool in top floor.
I was here for a seminar of SMC. Didn't spend much time in the rooms but it's was ok, the conference hall are medium size, around 50 people can attend in the same room at the same time. The hotel itself is vast and I went there at night so didn't get the chance to explore the place properly also could not get much shots apart from the seminar. Its a cool place btw would love to be there in future.
Decent clean room. Good service. Excellent for the business traveller. Wifi is weak in some spots, login issues need to be sorted out. TV is not accessible. Offers good meals and has right priced rooms.
Room was very nice , All the staffs behaviour was very friendly and specially Front office department, always there for a best service, at night also...
I stayed for 30 days here. Service is quite good.
But the food is not worthy.
For food I would give you 1/10
I would say that you should not come here for lunch or dinner.
