This hotel is located on the Airport road. It looks like an ordinary hotel from the outside, but once you enter inside you realise how big and majestic the hotel is. The lobby is well designed and eye catching. The rooms are very spacious and well maintained. There is also a pool here and a fitness centre. There are 3 restaurants here, one of it is an open lawn - Neem, and is open till 2 am. The second one if a family restaurant by the name Oasis. This is also the place where complimentary breakfast is served. The 3 rd one is a Geofferys the pub. The guests are given a discount of upto 20% in these restaurants. The breakfast was tasty although the menu was not that elaborate. The staff was polite, however services at both the reception and restaurants were a tad slow and needed an improvement. Overall a good staying experience.
This hotel is in the middle of the city. All the main attractions are close by this hotel. Stay was comfortable. Front desk were helpful. As this place has one of the famous pub and bar of the city, you will see the rush every evening. All the rooms needs an upgrade in terms of maintenance. Some of the rooms has a moisture and water problem. This should be addressed on top priority. Breakfast was ok, it can better with more options what other saravor properties are providing. Similar to Gwalior and Jhansi Saravor. Front desk attendee one lady she was the senior one in specific she went above and beyond to help us with everything and room service guy named Dev did the same for us.
Staff is kind. Food is very good. room are good. Would like to mention "mutton". It was delecious pls try it once. Ankita, bobby, sourav and lakshay are good

Sorry to say but they are actually not ready for full booking they were very slow in service of morning breakfast. Someone of them was busy in answering on WhatsApp instead of give attention on the customers.
Pleasure to stay here calm , clean and beautiful nicely designed rooms
