Park Plaza Gurugram - Hotel in Gurugram - Gurugram, India

I've stayed twice at this hotel, first time was for almost a month, and both stays were awesome. Very clean and speacious rooms (especially for the suites rooms, they're really spacious compared to other hotels). Breakfast is alright nothing special. Service is always good and front desk are very professional. The surrounding areas are good and there's a market within walking distance.

I had a pleasant stay in the Park Plaza hotel. The rooms were pretty spacious and the food was decent. The staff was very friendly and helpful - especially Akshay Bansal at the reception was a delight. He assisted with my needs to run some errands and went out of his way to make me feel comfortable and valued. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay close to the centre.

Been there once for a stay and meals. It's a small boutique hotel in Sushant Lok phase 1. Rooms are big and nice. Comfortable too. The dining cafe on the ground floor is not big. Small reception area. Food is ok. Not very good. Service is slow. But if you want a peaceful hotel in the city for a day you can surely go.

My experience was amazing. I had booked it for my birthday party. Right from explaining the entire package by the manager @poonam to the entire delivery of service was in place. I was given an excellent deal. The entire package was explained and executed with clarity. My guests were very comfortable and had an amazing time. The staff was very polite and professional and extremely forthcoming in every duty. It was all very well arranged. I highly recommend this centrally located cozy place to everyone for their private eparty for adults and kids friendly at the same time. Go for it guys. I'm supper happy and satisfied.. exceeded my expectations!!!

The hotel is cozy, warm and easily accessible. I had one of my best sleeps after a long travel. Akshay was very helpful during the checkin process. Would recommend this 10/10.

Ms. Aditi and mr. Akshay were very polite and sweet from the reception the stay was great must visit again soon ...mr. Harsh and mr. Ashok as well helped alot during the stay.

They were extremely accommodating and Tarun allowed to check in early at like 11am. We got to hotel super early and I didn't wanna wait. So this was a big plus. The services was exceptional as well. Would definitely send a friend there.
