Very bad experience staying at this hotel. Dirty room with burnt marks on carpet. Lot of noise from neighbouring room at night. Request night manager ( Kailash). To change the room, He didn't not even listen. I ordered one ware bottle from room service didn't come for 30 minutes. I had to call again room service and remind. Very bad experience.

One of the worst experience in hotel, they treat guests with hospitality, the managers incharge are very rude . We had 2 rooms booked after a hustle of 2-2.5 hours provided us early checkin in only one room , and asked 5 of us to stay in a single room. And provided the second room when asked they didn't even have the courtesy to provide the room themselves without asking.We didn't even checkin the other room and when asked about refund didn't agree. And when complained about the same, didn't agree to their actions. Worst experience only book when you donot have. Any other option left for stay.
Good place for food and drinks. We enjoyed lots veranda restaurant food yummy. Room were comfortable and service on top. Bar ambiance very cool..
Worst experience. If you are planning a dinner dont visit the hotel. They have untrained staff, bad services and delayed responses. You need to wait for atleast 30 miniutes everytime you order something, even if you are ordering a single dish and suddenly the staff vanishes and you will not be able to see him for next 30 minutes. Even for drinking water you need to wait for 10 minutes. pathetic experience!!!! worst service!!!
The stay was made excellent by the staff at reception, very very cooperative and helpful staff. Secondly the food, especially Buffett was very good. Will love to visit again.
