Disgusting to the core. Check the pics for reference. After a long travel went there for taking rest as I booked paying prior through make my trip. Once I reached there found that the room given to me have dirty bed sheet dirty blankets pillows having hairs. no toiletries no shampoo all used. No one even bothered even after constant request for change. Night 10:30 still waiting for things to be in place. Honestly never even book in this hotel. Make my trip is also a fraud. Called them but they were unable to help.
Make sure you book Bharati nagar hotel where maintenance is better, not Governorpeta one. Breakfast is complementary. Overall good for small family stay on short trips. Clean enough. Lunch and dinner not available.
I was an amazing room , with spacious beds and everything. Mostly I like the place where it is located it's very amazing the outside is we can walk for a while if we want too.They provide kettle for drinking water , coffee packets , sugar and milk powder. Beds with springs , we have to Tv to watch. The best part of that hotel is when we open a window you will see wonderful nature outside. You will be Provide with food I think we have to talk with them about the food before booking the room. At last coming to the bathroom they have given two towels soap, sampoo , Brush and a hair dryer with automatic lytes on and off.
The rooms are neat and clean with all facilities provided. But the lacking point is that they dont have food service. Service can be a bit quick. Overall a nice stay
The rooms are clean. However in the MMT it was mentioned free breakfast but the hotel denied that. They said speak to MMT. And then MMT couldnt resolve it as the hotel didnt pick up their calls. The hotel doesnt have basic things like ice. The bathroom soap was not changed, it was open and used.
I was travelling for the first time from mumbai to vijaywada at my fiances place with family. We booked 2 rooms for 3-9-23, and paid for early checkin. We reached hotel at 11.15 am instead of 10.00am for which we paid. Still we had to wait till 12.15 to get the keys. No hot water was available, we called room service but in vain. We had to ask for coffee sachets and water bottels which are suppose to be basic addons provided by hotels. Worst management. I donot recommend to keep this property as the last option. Vital upgrades in management required

The hotel is peacefully located. Avoid the rooms facing the road as you will hear some traffic sounds which may disturb you if you are a light sleeper. Rooms are pretty clean and well maintained. Took a suite room and it was good for the price paid.
