Staffs need to be well trained with customer service skills. Water is not free and every bottle is counted with high price! Staffs are hesitant to provide even complementary breakfast stating no place to sit. Dinner not available - reason is cook unavailability. Seems bathrooms are poorly maintained. Pool is well maintained and this is the piece that I have enjoyed much.
I don't think they clean the room before the guest arrivals, when we arrived the room was filled with hairs and dust .
Also the bedsheet and pillow were torn off . A.C wasn't working , it used to trip every few minutes and we need to call them to fix it
But the view from balcony was beautiful , we could see the beach from here
It was a great place to stay ,near to the beach with pool & cooperative staff, accessible to the main road

We chose this hotel for the pool are, which looks beautiful... it is not. It was filthy and there was nowhere nice to sit around, it looks abandoned.
The room was cheap, but the bed was actually ok, and we got two pillows each which is a treat. The bathroom was dark, with no window and very damp/mouldy.
Just really disappointing that it's nothing like the pictures online.

The hotel location is very nice as it is near to the beach. We got a sea view room which was very big with all the necessary amneties required. Huge roo. Had 2 sofa set inside the room and 1 in the balcony. Rooms were really very huge even the bathrooms were very big with a bathtub. One thing bad in this hotel was its service as the hotel was highly understaffed. We tried to order food but the chef was in vacation so we ordered from a nearby restaurant. Outside food is allowed in this hotel.
Worst Hotel Ever... Not recommended for Family. Smell of Beer is everywhere in the room, No restaurants available. Breakfast quality is ridiculous. Service is poor. If you don't want to Destroy your trip, Don't book this hotel. swimming pool is also not clean.

Nice hotel. Close to the beach. Rooms clean and spacious. Manager is a very calm and soft spoken guy. He is helpful in nature. The housekeeping guy is ever smiling. He helped us with our luggage early morning at 6 am.

Real good gym. If in the area for a long amount of time there are super cheap personal training sessions available. A day pass was 250 rupees, the gym was well equipped with free water.
