Amazing experiance. Rooms are cozy n spacious love the ambiance with prompt service and would like to visit with my family again.

Nice stay. Cooperative staff. Nice food, good ambience. Centrally located. Budget friendly. A nice bar to quench your thirst with very fine dining both in the restaurant area and on the roof top. The staff is always ready to give their best support to make your stay worth at the property.

The food is absolutely awesome and there's so much variety. The staff is very courteous. This hotel has proper lighting which is what I liked the most. Rooms are neither too big nor too small just the perfect size with charging points on both sides of the bed. Though I had a room with 2 queen size beds due to unavailability of king sized bedrooms, they made sure that the beds were properly joined to make it a king sized one. Location is very good, situated within market, CCD is next to the hotel. I would definitely visit this place again!

A conveniently located full service hotel with 76 comfortable rooms appointed with great furnishing and cleanliness. The staff is warm and courteous and are fluent in English. The place has an excellent roof top bar and Italian restaurant. The food is delectable and what adds to the experience is the beautiful view of the Nahargarh Fort, all lit up in its evening finery. They serve good hand crafted pizza baked live. We ordered lasagna as well and unlike most of the places, found the lasagna as it is supposed to be. A great place for a romantic dinner with great cocktails to go with it. Expect great evenings.

Nice hotel, great food and really nice staff, but never do your laundry there! The prices for the laundry are ridiculously high and not fair at all. They charged 5 times more than similar hotels... Also the food was really expensive there. All in all it was clean and our double bed room was big enough for us both. The buffet offers a good variety of food and is also offering fresh fruits.

Location: well connected to railway station Food: both the restaurants inside the hotel serves excellent food but pricey ( comprise of cess and other taxes).. Rooms: are okay. Towels are extremely rough and u need to ask for basic necessities every time as compared to any other 4 star hotel, comforters are not cosy. Ambiance and staff: excellent

The rooms though cozy, were a little too small for my taste. They were dated, exactly as the reviews state, with a little more maintainence needed but clean floors and bed. The pillow covers had a used look along with the towels and such. Mini bars weren't equipped at all. Service on the other hand was good enough, helpful staff, satisfactory response time but I didn't go to the restaurants in the hotel(there are two) though La Italia seemed nice. Bathrooms were clean, but again, small. Location is excellent, it is on MI Road in Center of the city. Stayed here for two days(27/01/2017-29/01/2017)

I had a great stay here for almost a week. It is conveniently located near Airport which actually adds to the wonderful views from the large windows of the rooms. Bedding is as comfortable as it should be. Loved the breakfast served. Except the team at reception all other guys are very humble, smiling and helpful.
