Good decent food. Quick service. Good place to go with family and friends and kids. We enjoyed a lot.
Location is good.Ac hall available to crowd of around 100 people. Food is tasteless :-( .Recently we celebrated birthday of my niece decoration was okay. but the quality of food they served was horrible. Rice as well as rotis were raw even smelling awful, But very reluctant staff to admit there fault.
There is no proper parking place. No Wi-Fi (which has become a must these days). But there's a complimentary breakfast buffet which is good. The restaurant is good too. Room service is okay. TV cable was not properly functional. They tried to fix it for quite some time but couldn't till the end.
Already requested arrangements were not in place at the time of check-in. Despite of also informing 1 hour prior to check-in, no arrangements were made and had to wait for 1 hour after check-in for the arrangements. Also, the final bill at the time of check-out was not appropriate and got to hear lame reasons from the reception staff.
Look wise okay but have bugs in the bed. Coffee heater jug is totally rusted which can be used. So.check.before you go for self preparation of coffees. Maintainence is not good. Coming to the dining we had breakfast buffet had variety of muffins and tasted good!
The hotel is very clean and nice.. the food is good and the buffet spread is morning is really commendable. They serve fruits to dosas to everything. The room is good..
