Loved the place. It was a big room with a separate space for changing clothes and a big bathroom. The hotel was located at very prominent location and is very budget friendly. Locating it might be tricky but once you have found it, its worth it. Very friendly staff and cleanliness level is upto mark. I would highly recommend this.
Property is v good . cleanliness is good.but complimentary breakfast is something you can't understand.We were 4 person and two rooms were booked.We were two person veg and two person non-vegetarian ,they provided 4 slice of bread with butter for veg and two slice of bread wrapped in omlet with tomato sauce for non-vegetarian .that's it .
No breakfast, No laundry services, you have to order zomoto for servival. Room cleaning not provided in 4 days stay. Towel and bedsheet not changed during my stay. Staff say please check out, your money will be refunded. Horrible!!!! Staff is non cooperative, even they run away, I have seen customer waiting for 30 min for checking but no one is there. If anybody checkin ready for horror experiences. Actually there should be zero star rating.
Probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed. 1. Location and photos of the hotel online is misleading. This is a lodge with an air conditioner with no visible board outside. Deep within a dark alley. 2. Soiled bed sheets and rat sized holes in pillow covers. 3. Child Labour 4. Interrupted water supply in toilets. 5. Overpriced can atleast provide complimentary water bottle. 6. Dirtiest looking kitchen.
This was the worst experience among all my stays at oyo . Staffs are quite rude and very irresponsible , they charged for our complimentry breakfast , washroom was not clean , we were not getting our orders at one point they told us to order from zomato literally after making us wait for 90mins for lunch , it was disappointing , no cold water was provided even after telling them. I will not recommend that place to anyone .
Very good living space. Room service is excellent. They come instantly when called. Food is also good. Affordable too. Good location. Best Budget Hotel in patna. Go for it blindly.
