Park Hyatt Hyderabad - Hotel in Hyderabad - Hyderabad, India

This is a hotel of two halves. The rooms are a bit old and tired, noisy and with broken showers, lights, and air conditioning in them (I was in three over 2 weeks for this reason). It's really stretching the 5-star rating here and desperately needs a full refit. The staff however are wonderful and help wherever they can. The restaurants (Indian, Italian and South-East Asian) are all great and serve genuine, lovely food. However for the cost, there are better places to stay in Hyderabad.

I was very impressed by my stay at this hotel. The location was amazing, with a beautiful view of the city and easy access to public transportation. The staff was friendly, helpful and attentive to my needs. The food was delicious, fresh and varied. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hotel with my family. it exceeded my expectations in every way. The moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that instantly made us feel at home. The staff at the hotel were not only professional but also incredibly friendly and accommodating. They were always ready to assist us with any queries or requests I had, and their soft-spoken and supportive nature made my stay even more enjoyable. Their genuine hospitality truly stood out and made a lasting impression.

One of the best hotels of Hyderabad. Always buzzing around. Very good interiors. It looks very rich. The tea we had was tasting different but it was good. The service is excellent. I had my lunch before coming here else would have tried the buffet.

We're regular visitors to Rima restaurant and we keep coming back for the excellent food. My daughter has gluten allergies and Chef Krishna went out of the way to make sure she had the most fantastic meal! Gluten free and so delicious and the variety, omg! The kind of care and attention we were given made us feel like we were at home and not a restaurant. Will be back for more and more.

Luxury at its best but service and food quality needs some check. Probably the most luxurious star hotel in the city in a prime location. However it has its drawbacks. The food we ordered in the room was just alright for the high prices we paid. And then we requested to clear the utensils twice after having food, but no one has come until we checked out. This was unexpected from a hotel this big. Everything else is perfect! You'd love the items at the buffet, especially the deserts.

Located at a prime area in Hyderabad. The service, staff and the facilities of the establishment were top notch. Both check-in and check-out processes were smooth. The business conference rooms also provided great space for conduction meetings. Overall a great experience to stay at the Park Hyatt Hyderabad.
