Doctor was good and helpful. They don't offer corporate discounts ,fee is 800 which is okay. Echo was a bit costly while prices of other tests are reasonable

We had a very pleasant experience at the Park Hospital. The staff, infrastructure, expertise, and the people's skills of doctors at the hospital are commendable. They have a competitive edge over other nearby hospitals due to their humility and politeness. They take care of you as one of their own. The food served to the patients is thoughtfully prepared and nutritious. The canteen also serves healthy food, which is convenient for the visitors to consume. They will take your money as deposit and when it is time to return the deposit, they'll take their own sweet time and will stop responding to your calls. Please return my money back, I need it as it is pending from a long time now. Pathetic service. Updated review (20/11/2023) - I have received the cheque today after being discharged from the hospital on 3rd October, almost 50 days later. I was promised to get the cheque by 20th November. I had to do rigorous follow ups for the refund of my money. Put the Google review as a troubled customer, hence my review still remains the same because I think the review helped speed up the process of my cheque. I am sure there must be a lot more people still struggling for their money to be refunded back to them. @Park team, this review is just a request to not trouble people that they lose all the hopes to lose their hard-earned money. I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting Park Hospital, and I must say, it was a complete disaster from start to finish. I cannot express enough how disappointed and disgusted I am with the level of care and service provided at this so-called medical facility. First and foremost, upon entering the hospital, the stench of urine was overwhelming. It was as if they were trying to create a foul and unsanitary environment intentionally. To my horror, when I was shown to my bed, it was wet with urine! Can you believe it? How can a hospital allow patients to lie on beds that are soaked in urine? It's beyond comprehension. I immediately called for the staff, hoping they would resolve the issue promptly. But to my dismay, the staff seemed indifferent and uninterested in my concerns. It was as if they were used to such complaints and didn't even bother to address the problem. They simply shrugged it off and walked away, leaving me feeling helpless and dejected. Throughout my stay at Park Hospital, I couldn't shake the feeling of being neglected and abandoned. The nurses were nowhere to be found when I needed assistance, and when they did show up, they were dismissive and rude. It was evident that patient care and comfort were not a priority for them. To add insult to injury, after enduring such a horrendous experience, I was presented with an exorbitant bill. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the charges they were demanding for the abysmal service I received. It felt like they were taking advantage of my vulnerability and desperation, squeezing every last penny out of me. In conclusion, my visit to Park Hospital was a nightmare. The unhygienic conditions, apathetic staff, and the audacity to demand more money for such a traumatic experience are beyond appalling. I urge anyone considering seeking medical care at this facility to reconsider and find a more reputable and compassionate hospital. My heart goes out to anyone who has to endure such mistreatment and incompetence. Park Hospital should be ashamed of the service they provide.

This hospital is quite good in terms of treatment and hospitality. The nursing staff is good, doctors are good and very friendly, Flood incharge and other staff including admins TPA person, all are very good and friendly and always there to help within no time. Specially mentioning TPA person Mr Ansari, flood support James and Sarika, everyone very helpful here.

My mom was admitted for knee replacement surgery from 14th November- 20th November at Park hospital gurgaon. We were anxious during our first visit but hospital TPA employee "Mr. Zulfiqar" explained whole procedure and stood with us throughout the surgery process. He was very polite and calm and helped me to understand the process. Talking about Dr. Himanshu, he is a great human being and treated us as a family member, thanks to him my mom is able to walk again. About hospital nurse & all other department specially housekeeping is awesome and all nurses treated my mom as a family member.
