Everything was great except a noise from an exhaust fan outside my room 1013. At 10 PM, one wants to sleep. The noise was insufferable. I reported it to reception. Although they said that someone would come to my room, no one did for a while. After about ten minutes, I called MMT. Then the hotel staff turned up and shifted me to 3013. All facilities are excellent.
I recently had a wonderful stay at a hotel, and I would like to mention the receptionist, Karthik, for providing excellent service throughout my visit. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, and Karthik's warm welcome made me feel right at home. The room itself was comfortable and well-maintained, with one small exception: the washrooms were a bit on the smaller side. Despite this minor setback, the overall experience was delightful, thanks to the exceptional service from Karthik and the rest of the staff. I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again in the future. good and the ambience was comforting with good service.
Very bad service 0 respect from staff members not worth for money butter chicken was cooked with the same vessel as fish it tasted like fish gravy we didn't like it at all. Very worst would recommend to no one. Drinks were also bad I wonder how this gained this much 5 star reviews. Scamming in the name of roof top. 0/10 staffs are rude and non friendly. They didn't acknowledge their mistakes at all. We went for birthday but it turned to be worst day. Bill was 10000 rupees not worth at all. All dishes are overpriced. Reviews are misleading. Don't believe the Reviews they are hiding our eyes from reality. We went as family and regretted our decision. They are scamming in the name of ambience. Food is hardly worth 4k. Trust me I have went to better hotels and have paid better prices. If I had the option I would have given it 0 stars but in order for me to post this I have to rate it atleast 1 star.
Just tried their restaurant and haven't made a stay. Went in an odd time of around 11. No one was there. Whole restaurant only serving us, so tried only hot beverages. Ordered coffee and Hot chocolate. The bill was around 300. Both were good and the ambience was comforting with good service. Will try food next time and review them too !!!
Very small rooms. They have only Queen bed rooms. If traveling with family of 3 with small kid, then it will be discomfort. Also Spring Mattress didn't make comfort stay. Service could have been better. Had to call room service many times to get water delivered to room. Don't use their minibars, items are insanely high. Breakfast was very boring. Same menu for continuous 2 days. Frankly speaking, it felt like many items are left over from previous day However there is 1 roof top resturant which seems to be popular. Location is good.
We have had great experience in the hotel, it's perfect destination for wedding purpose, the staff was supportive , room service was great. Overall it was a wonderful experience .
They play such loud music in the bar and disturb guests at 12 A.M. I wonder why thw government gives permission to run bars till 12! Housekeeping/room service just drops everything on the floor, bangs the door open and shut, all at such hours. As such the room was tiny with just enough space to move, the food was an absolute dishonor. Have you even heard of sound proofing? All this in 1 night and 2 more to go. Don't even book this place even if you should pay a little extra and get another place.
