Park Connect - Hotel in Kakkanad - Ernakulam, India

I stayed at this hotel for around and everything was fine. The front desk staff was really kind mind and helpful. I faced Only negative and bad experience with their hotel management system, I called the restaurant and requested some items for my dinner . The dining phone assistance was likewise overly concerned about business and was happened in ridiculous discussions with me. There is no logic there. Clearly Mony mind concern .

Booked a room via cleartrip one week ago. When I came to check-in they said they don't have any booking in my name and don't have any rooms available. Apparently they don't take bookings from cleartrip for over a month - cleartrip doesn't seem to know this yet. Funny thing is I had booked the same hotel using cleartrip 3 weeks back. They are not providing a solution, I have to sort it with cleartrip now. Absolutely worst customer service. Front desk is at least friendly but manager is very rude.

Please keep proper information at reception desk and the lady she don't even know English how wil I communicate as I don't know malayali nor she knows any language except malayali atleast hindi. no proper customer service at reception desk. and about the food when u say it's Halal y do u keep pork *when u cook pork in the same kitchen how do u say its halal cooking* and hotel customer service is not good especially educate at your receptionist. thanks.

If you are booking for 2 persons then it is ok. I will not recommend it for parents with kids as their bed is queen size for premium rooms as well.

I have stayed in this hotel almost twice for 15 days. Only if I could rate this hotel a MINUS. I would. Let me break down my experience because this needs to be read by all the users booking here.Room 2/5 -The AC doesn't work properly at all, there was literally a leakage in the room right next to the bed. There was water logging in the bathroom, and despite of me trying to raise the issue the hotel chose NOT to fix that. The bathroom towel handle, was completely broken and after one time it just fell off, I raised all these issues at the reception multiple times, hotel never chose never to fix it or offer a different room.Housekeeping 1/5- Gave my laundry to the housekeeping, instead they exchanged my Zara shirt worth 2890/- with a men's shirt and sent it back to me, it's when I reached back in my city, I called the hotel to inform them about the mishap, The hotel has just sat over it and has done absolutely nothing and I have reached out to the manager, he informed me three days ago that he would come back and I have been following up since then like a maniac, I would not recommend giving any item in the laundry. It's absolutely poor communication.Reception 1/5- The reception will take all the time in the world and keep you waiting for over 15 minutes just to provide you with a bill because nothing is ever ready with them, this was the second instance, paid my bills well in advance to get my bills, Still had to wait at the reception for over 15 minutes to get a few food bills. Prolonged service and half the time they won't understand your requirements.Hotel overall 2/5- The hotel has put up images where you can see a pool, and a gym, and all the facilities, well there is absolutely nothing in this hotel but it is located in a different hotel altogether, so if you're expecting a swimming pool on the rooftop, well it's false, there's nothing there and these images are false. Room service- The hotel denied sending me a plate to eat my food just because the food was ordered from the outside, I don't know which kind of hotel does this but i was clearly told over the phone that we cannot provide you a PLATE AND A SPOON because you haven't ordered from us, Humanity after all was really dead here. They have listed themselves as a 3 star hotel however the service is cheaper than a regular hotel, I would NOT recommend staying in this hotel ever because everything here is falsified.

The location felt like in the centre of everywhere so had the advantage of traveling to places without much difficulty. The rooms and bathroom was clean and tidy . But felt like the bed was small for 2 persons

One of the best hotels I've stayed at in Kochi. Has parking facility. Cordial staff. Spacious and comfortable room. Great bathroom with hot water facility. Good lighting. Kettle and mini fridge available. Pleasant stay assured. My partner and I have stayed here over 3-4times. We keep coming back here because of the super comfortable stay it provides. Impeccable service and room facilities. Extremely clean surroundings. Absolute 10/10.

Nice hotel. Good rooms. Not spacious enough for a family of four. But fine enough for couples. Overall an above average experience.
