Park Clinic - Medical clinic in Kolkata - Kolkata, India

The doctors are really good here. But it lacks management. There's no coordination between the management and the doctors. If you wanna kill time, make an appointment here you will know. Actually the reception desk sucks . My father was operated on in this nursing home so our experience here was very boring and annoying regarding the patient's handling, providing any right information and not valuing the patient's time & effort.

The hospital is very good. doctors and nurses are friendly (most of), but the visiting hour is very short . If there are other visiting hours in the morning session then it will be very helpful to the patients family members . The administration should think about this.

Good Earlier I had very good impression about it but recently it changed because I personally faced some unwanted behaviour from them. Lot of very good doctors stopped watching patients there. They moved to other hospitals for some reasons. Recently another unexpected thing happened there for which I am planning to complain to the Government. They DIDN'T accept the health card, namely Swasthya Sathi Card, provided by the Government and gave some lame excuses. It caused me big problem at that moment. I may reduce taking their services in future.

5 * for the doctors here especially for Dr A K Basu who is very good,humble, will always attend you on call and very experienced.. the rooms are also good. Service is fast too..Matrons are always available for your service but what's lacking here is customer/ patients' greivance redressal part ... Reception people are pathetic and they're so adamant in their part.. No empathy for anyone... Regarding nurses, the ward nurses are so cooperative humble and very hard working but they always ask you to hire private nurses from the hospital itself .. Never get trapped in their false statements that private nurses will be with your patient all the time ... Once hired they all are same. ...very pathetic, slug and slacker !! It's such a big hospital who makes almost 50000 Rs for two days for a single individual and irony is they call themselves to be a charitable trust ! They give medicine and all consumables at MRP ...So if anyone is from lower middle class, either you should've a mediclaim or else ask the doctor for the medicines and consumables required and buy it outside where you easily get a discount of 20-30%

3rd April my new born baby operated by DR kuntal bhoumik and his team.. She is now perfectly fine. He is not just a doctor. He is a God for me..

Clinic is good.staff behaviours is also good bt horrible experience with neurosurgen Dr Ambar chakraborty.a week ago I took appointment of Dr Ambar chakraborty.first visit he charges 1500.and jst write MRI and blood test.after one week I go to show him the reports and he again charges 1500.and also angry that the reports are from outside and may be some financial loss fr him.very bad behaviour

I haven taken my child back because of unmentained costly rooms in this hospital (PARK CLINIC) Twin beded room was in horrible condition 406-405 no mentainance and chages are around Rs5000/- day per bed which is too much for unmentained room Govt Hospitals are in much better condition Curtains are torn and hole in middle curtain rod were bend & were hanging different colours of 2 curtain were hanging incomplete way no water in tap even after complain no couparation by staff in anything sliding were badly unmentained condition etc

Doctors are efficient ,nursing staffs are good, overall environment is homely and comfortable. Office staffs are also very helpful.Expenditure is moderate . Condition of rooms should be better.
