This place has been one of the most visited cultural places in secunderbada since it's cosntruction.The Buddha shrine located on the hilly mahendrahills area serves as an excellent tourist spot and to spend time with friends and family.Though the place needs climbing if around 200 stairs,there is an elevator for the elderly ,physically challeneged and anybody who can't make it through the stairs.Offers an excellent view of the city as it is located on a hill .
Dis is a temple of buddha run by Bengaulur buddhists society called MAHABODHI SOCIETY.situated on mahendra hills secunderabad,here nearly 40 to 60 monks stays as residents monks.dey learn philosopy of dhamma given by buddha to entire humans.excellent place to learn da culture,social activities.vry good nd peaceful place to visit mor nd evenings.
Buddha vihar is a Buddha temple built and maintained by Buddhists .Mediatatuon is tayght here by Buddhists monks.tge timings are from evening 4pm to 8pm.Tge vihar is located in mahendrahills which is high above the city and gives a good view of the city.The place is airy and offers scenic beauty as mahendrahills is covered with trees .A good place to check out for a small outing.
It's always closed and no one access for a walk, Good if it is kept open for public convenience
Place for Buddhist believers. Apart from this it's a good place on top with a good view of nearly 30 km. You can also view the Buddha idol which is in the middle of Hussain Sagar from here and it also gives a good view of Begumpet airport runway. Amazingly plain go just above the roof of the building
This is resident welafare park. Its not i use. Only accesible to residents there. This place is calm and quite with couple of temples and a Buddhist temple and Mata Amritanandamayi Math.
It's not open all day, neither is everybody allowed in this park. You should be a resident to use the park.
Peaceful place and i suggest one must visit it to see the Buddha's idol.
This is one of the nice parks in A S Rao Nagar. It is far inside from main road and pollution free. Lot of greenery. Nice place for kids and good walking track
Good walk way. Lighting is ok but trees blocking light. Need to be trimmed. People going around without masks, large group of people playing shuttle are danger signs under present Covid 2nd wave.

Great place to get oxygen and go for a walk or a run. Clean and green. They have now added a seating enclosure for rain and heat. Soon adding toilets. The committee is very active and dedicated to the upkeep of the park - doing very good work.
One of the best I ever went it's almost at the end. Covered with lush green plants and is well maintained by the gardener. Good garden area and seating chairs are available for elderly people who comes to sit for pleasant air.
