This shop contains a variety of clothing items for men, women, and kids. Compared to the price, the quality is average. The same cloth items are a little cheaper in other shops. I went to this shop today the lady at the jean top(fancy crop tops section) counter in the 2nd floor was so annoying... If I tell her the model she won't hear and show dresses of her own choice... Then after selecting my dress I went to the bill counter she behaves like she is angry on me. She show some kind of annoyed expression to her co worker... very Poor customer service... They wont show you the exact thing u ask they hesitate and the expressions are annoying... I hate this shop for the poor customer service plz don't visit

Evrything thing is good but customer handling in first floor is really worst.I have faced this problem twice a time and especially that middle aged man standing on the right.He is not showing much collections and he is really rude to customers.I'm mentioning him bcoz I'm facing his rudeness for the second time.

If you buy for Rs32,000- they won't give one extra small travel bag and / or bigshopper. Especially tamil staffs, who working their are looking sad and they won't respect you. But hindi staffs are perfect & talking politely in silk section only especially gopal ji. ( not all sections- downstairs at pawada section worst) In delivery counter, he is very worst. Won't give a single bag, we bought Rs32,000 goods ( silk saree etc) They care for money not for customers. It's must need to get changed and owner chowdry ji should be very cautious with customers and their staffs behaviour and giving a extra bags and discounts, if any customer asked. 30 August 2021, we went with family, even if you go nallaperumal or radha silks or pothys - they welcome you well design's are good.
